Since 1994, I have been working with ATP for dozens of expeditions and trekking trips – first with my former trekking and expedition company AMICAL alpin, and later for my private expeditions. The owner of ATP, Mr. Ashraf Aman, the 1st Pakistani to have climbed K2, is one of the most humble, correct and friendly persons I know. He taught his staff and his family members to work with the same honest values. Ashraf and his successor Naiknam Karim became my friends and through all the years of ups and downs of tourism in Pakistan we always kept a close and good relationship. ATP were our logistics provider for our trip to Pakistan in 2017. They were very helpful. Even though our plans changed several times due to unforeseen circumstances they were able to adapt. The staff they provided were extremely competent and aided us in aspects of the expedition that we lacked skills in such as negotiations. Thanks to them we had a successful expedition with great food and without logistical problems. In general Pakistan is a great country to go climbing in with friendly people, good food and loads of peaks.

My first « taylor made » trip in May/June 2018 with your company(four weeks for trekkings in Karakoram with extension to Nanga Parbat base camp) was so great that before coming back home,the last day in your Islamabad office,we discussed for another trip to Hindu Kush range,specifially for winter Kalash festival,for December 2018!!! So only five months between the two trips!!!
It was very amazing to visit remote places of Hindu Kush with winter conditions in complete safety(excellent four wheel drive car and driver,excellent tents,provided also a small heater for comfort for dinner in the kitchen tent,provided also satellite phone for emergency).This second trip was also great!!!And once more I left Islamabad with an other plan with you(the 3rd one) for enjoy as soon as possible!!!!
So no doubt your services are great for all view points,such as:
-guide very attentive to the choice of itinerary in accordance with my preferences and also good decisions according to weather or snow conditions for high altitude mountain trekking.
-excellent cook always tending to my every need

The best trekking and mountaineering agency in Pakistan, IMHO! Super organized from the first contact until they got us on the plane home. Ashraf Aman started the agency over thirty years ago, and it was clear that their guides and agency have a ton of experience. Excellent communication, and they treated us extremely well, particularly at the end of our trek – we had a couple of extra days in Islamabad since our flights worked out, and they took us to fantastic restaurants & took us on a tour of ancient ruins. While we were on the Gondogoro La trek, the guides were very attentive to our requests – we made minor changes to our schedule several times based on the health of our crew and the weather forecasts that they provided us with. And the food on the trek was second to none!! All of our trekking group members had been on other treks in Asia & South America, and we all agreed that the food on this trek was the best we had every had!! ATP was recommended to us by a good friend who is a world class mountaineer and had used them over 20 times. We also found that they were very good value for the money that we paid – you might find some body cheaper, but you won’t find anybody better.

I had received K2 & Broad peak services in 2013, 2018 from Adventure Tours Pakistan. Everything, specially SAFETY and service /good food, kind guide, comfortable camping/ were excellent. I would highly recommend ATP.

ATP has been for many years my agency of choice to do travels and expeditions in Pakistan. I highly recommend ATP due to their perfect service in all categories. From travelling through the country, to BC services or handling all the formalities with permits and visas. Really good adventure events.

In 2015 Adventure Tours Pakistan helped us (3 people) with the logistics to and from the Hispar-Biafo glacier where we went skitouring. They arranged the transport and the carriers for getting to/from the glacier. Their communication was clear, professional and all was well arranged. As they had informed us in advance there was a possibility the flight from Islamabad to Gilgit and from Skadru back to Islamabad would not be going. Indeed this happened so we had to go by a small van and stay overnight along the way. A long but interesting trip. All well arranged. I would definitely recommend them.

Me, my husband and 4 friends used ATP in juli 2018. We went to Gilgit, Fairy Meadows, 1. basecamp Nanga Parbat and different places in Hunsa. Everything was carefully planned by ATP and very well executed. Our guide was a local man from Hunsa: reliable, helpfull and he had a lot of experience and knowledge. When PIA canceled our plane back from Gilgit to Islamabad ATP provided a car with a skilled driver. We had a lovely time and a great experience with ATP! We will always use them when needed for other trips and we will strongly recommend them 🙂

ATP was our tour agency in March 2016 for several tours as e.g. to Murree, to Taxila, to the Rohtas Fort and to Lahore via the Khewra Salt Mines etc. The tours were always well organized with an excellent, friendly and knowledgeable guide. I can only say the very best about the ATP services and will always remember these wonderful tours.
